About
Hi, I’m Kim Staudenraus. A Christian. Someone who has made mistakes and continue to make mistakes while learning and growing both professionally and personally with my walk with God.
My belief is that all mistakes make you grow and learn. Learning is an endless process and anyone can be successful if they are willing to work toward improvement, are honest, and focused on the right things.
In 1992, I was in debt and had nothing to show for it. When the bank told me I had too much debt to buy my first home I decided to start living below my means and pay off all my debt and live on a cash only basis (that was 6 years before I knew who Dave Ramsey was). Now I am living in financial freedom.
Sometime in 1999 I was introduced to Dave Ramsey and his debt free concept of living life. From my own incredible journey I had a desire to help others become debt free so I attended training at the Lampo Group with Dave Ramsey and became a certified money management coach through his team. Right after being certified I founded Tranquility Financial Visioning, LLC in which I offer coaching, mentoring and educational services for those who are searching for assistance in becoming debt free, improve their careers or build their business.
Through the years I have become very familiar and well versed in “life” as a whole and have learned that money has an impact on all parts of life including, jobs, relationships, family, and the balance of them all. This blog is a natural extension of those experiences. I believe we are all a “life coach” and as such I want to share my experiences so others can learn from them.
In the financial realm, I credit Dave Ramsey for his large arena of information that is used and referenced in some of my posts, from his website, radio & tv show and of course the training I received from him and his team and thank him for allowing me to share that information in addition to my own life and coaching experiences.
As a 48-days endorsed coach in the career and business development realm, I thank Dan Miller for his support and education for a full and complete balanced life.
In the realm of my life experiences I credit so many who have touch me, from my family & friends, to my employer of almost 20 years, to Bob & Charlyne Steinkamp at RejoiceMinistries.org. Most importantly my covenant husband. All of these sources and more help me share how to become a better person and improve, your relationships, career and finances.
In addition to this site, and my services at TFV, I blog on the Life & Finances blog.
Dealing with life experiences is something we all go through and living in financial freedom is a feeling that everyone has the opportunity to enjoy, a freedom that is far reaching from just the financial side, and I am here to help those searching for that freedom as much as possible with as much accurate honest information as I can provide.
My goal for this site is just to be me, to strive to do life better. To talk about things that really matter in life, like family, friends and relationship with Christ and just general thoughts that come to mind.
