My personal thought is that character is primarily a learned behavior or trait based on up bringing and environmental influences, however I do believe there are developmental issues that can can contribute to one's character, just as sever head injuries and/or medical issues that can also effect ones character and behavior.  My focus here is on those who are healthy individuals, are able to look at themselves, and improve your own personal character, by being trustworthy, loyal, high in moral values and the like, if that is your choice.  Healthy individuals always have a choice.</description>
